2. high fructose corn syrup - ages arteries and hurts your immune
system...
3. hydrogenated oil & partially hydrogenated - leads to heart disease...
4. enriched (flour, etc...) - They took it out and put the bad back in...
5. salt
* Olive Oil improves arteries!
- Sugar & water drinks are BAD!
* Eat foods from the earth and nature!
* Air popped popcorn is good for you...
